Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

Express Shipping ($15.00): 1-2 business days

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.

Delayed or Lost Orders
If your order has not arrived within 12 business days, please contact us at support@mendwellshop.com with your order number and we will resolve it promptly.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 15 days of delivery at support@mendwellshop.com with a photo of the item and your order number.
