How long does shipping take?
All orders ship free with standard delivery in 5–8 business days. Express shipping (1–2
business days) is available at checkout for $15. Once your order ships, you'll
receive a tracking number by email.
What is your return policy?
We accept return or replacement requests within 15 days of delivery for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. To start a request, email support@mendwellshop.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All transactions on mendwellshop.com are processed through Shopify's secure,
SSL-encrypted checkout. We never store your payment details.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be canceled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to cancel it. Contact us at support@mendwellshop.com as soon as possible if you need to make a change.
I haven't received my order - what do i do?
If your order hasn't arrived within 12 business days, contact us at support@mendwellshop.com with your order number and we'll investigate and resolve it promptly.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — free standard shipping on every order, no minimum required.
Are these products safe to use?
All products carried by Mendwell are selected for everyday comfort and recovery use. As with any wellness device, please read the included instructions before use. If you have a medical condition, consult your doctor before using TENS or electrical
