Refund policy

At Mendwell, your satisfaction matters. We accept refund or replacement requests within 15 days of delivery for the following reasons only: item arrived damaged, item is defective, or you received the wrong item. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or sizing preferences.

To request a refund, email us at support@mendwellshop.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will review and respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Shipping Policy (paste this in Shopify):

All orders ship free with standard delivery in 5-8 business days. Express shipping (1-2 business days) is available for $15. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days before shipping.
